We aim to dispatch orders either the same day or next day of weekday purchases. In exceptional cases orders may be dispatched up to two days after purchase however this is rare. All of our shipping is recorded to ensure as best as possible that you receive the goods that you ordered.
Return of faulty goods
In the unlikely event that faulty goods are received by the consumer then we request the goods be returned to us within 21 days of purchase. Upon confirmation of a fault we will issue an immediate and full refund including the cost of returning the goods to us.
Return of non-faulty goods
We will accept return of non-faulty goods within 21 days of purchase provided the goods have not been used or marked in any way and are in the same sellable condition when returned. In this instance, upon receipt of the goods, we will offer a full refund including the postage and packaging initially paid but will be unable to refund the cost to the consumer of returning the goods to us.
